Welcome to the Red Room.
This workshop is a deep dive into the art of seductive connection and controlled contact. You’ll learn signature lap dance technique rooted in real strip-club craft – how to sit, press, grind, tease and leave them completely undone. Through guided sequences, floor and lap-based combos, you’ll explore weight, tension, pressure and pacing – crafting intimate moments that will make you feel dangerous, addictive, and your most erotic self. Whether you’re dancing for money, for a partner, or just for the thrill of your own sensuality, this is where you learn to hold their gaze and make them keep paying.

YEETS & SKEETS 3:00pm (90 mins)

Kips, twizzles, heel clacks and drops - served hot, filthy, and fully achievable. This workshop is all about explosive and dynamic movement in heels, taught in short combos that pack a punch, that are super effective, but actually achievable.

You'll learn how to launch, flick, flip and fly around the base and body of the pole using controlled technique, momentum, and a touch of chaos. We'll break down the mechanics of each skill so you can start building them into your own flow with confidence.

Join us for our second Aerial Showcase to fundraise for mental health charity Suffolk Mind!

Get ready for an evening filled with pole & aerial performances that will leave you in awe courtesy of students and instructors from Prism Aerial Arts. Hosted by Sabrina Jade from Slag Wars Season 2, join us for an evening of fun and entertainment all for an amazing charity. Not only watching exciting performances, but the opportunity to contribute to the charity in so many ways including silent auction, stalls and more!

A bit about this year's chosen charity: Suffolk Mind is an independent mental health charity serving the county with various services including counselling, allotment projects, borderline personality disorder groups and an evening telephone support line. Suffolk Mind also offers mental health training to individuals and workplaces through The Mental Health Toolkit, and teaches children as young as four about their mental health and wellbeing through The Mental Health Kitbag. The charity’s mission is to make Suffolk the best place in the world for talking about and taking care of mental health.

Please note: due to the nature of some performances, this event is strictly 18+.

10am - 11:15am Pretty Shapes (75 mins)

This workshop is aimed at improver/lower intermediate level polers. There will be no inverting involved and the requirement for this class is one basic climb up the pole and a pole sit. You will learn a range of different and interesting shapes including some fake splits and some pretty spin pole tricks. If you’re not very flexible there’s no need to worry, that’s what fake splits are for.

Prerequisites: one basic climb, pole seat

Level: beginner+

10am - 11:30am Defying Gravity with Ollie

Learn to take flight with a range of epic power spins and a variety of pops and release moves. You do not need to be super advanced for this class, Ollie will provide you with plenty of options to help build your confidence to grow your power in these movements!

Prerequisites: must be confident with intermediate static spins, including reverse grabs

Level: intermediate - advanced

11:45am - 1:15pm Queen of Flow with Jade

Most known for her expressive dance style while on stage, Jade will teach you a choreographed piece in this workshop. This will enable you to truly let go and dance your heart out, with a mixture of dance and pole flow.

Prerequisites: none but knee pads are essential

Level: all levels

1:45pm - 3:15pm All Things Flips with Ollie

Whether you are new to flips or enjoy flipping until your heart is content, Ollie will have options for everyone in his All Things Flips workshop! He will start from low to the ground with some base work variations and gradually work up to the bigger flips!

Prerequisites: confident leg hangs & brass monkey hooks

Level: intermediate - advanced

3:30pm - 5:00pm Enchanted Aerial Flow with Jade

Enchanted Aerial Flow is a choreography based hoop workshop, focused on smooth transitions, elegant sequences, and movement. Explore flow that feels soft and full of magic.

Prerequisites: all levels welcome, but a minimum of 8 weeks hoop experience required
