Pole/Aerial - 4 Class Pack £52

Includes 4 credits for you to use on any pole/aerial class and is valid for 6 weeks.

Open Practise - 4 Class Pack £27

Includes 4 credits for you to use on open practise sessions. Valid for 6 weeks.

PAYG

Pole Tricks £13.50

Learn cool tricks, combos & transitions in this class. This class comes in five different levels: Beginner, High Beginner/Intermediate, Intermediate, High Intermediate/Advanced+, and All Levels.

Pole Choreo £13.50

Dust off your heels*, bring your sass and discover your sexy side: in this class you will learn a choreographed piece.

*heels optional but recommended

Aerial Hoop £13.50

Learn cool tricks, combos and transitions in this class. This class comes in Beginner, Intermediate & All Levels (suitable for beginners up to advanced+)

Open Practise £8

Pole Tricks Levels

    Beginner

    Perfect for newbies! This class is filled with people who are just starting out in pole, so you’ll feel right at home here if you’ve never poled before. This class will teach you spins, basic climbs and pretty beginner tricks near the bottom of the pole.

    Begintermediate

    Also known as “High Beginner - Low Intermediate”, in this class you will learn more advanced spins, new climbs, basic inverts, leg holds and more, as well as learning how to combine tricks together into longer transitions and combinations.

    Intermediate

    Prerequisites: confident inverts, and working on leg hangs. You will work on more inverted tricks, and starting on arms only tricks such as Ayesha!

    Intermediate-Advanced+

    Prerequisites: you should be confident in your inverts, butterfly and leg hangs, and working on aerial inverts and shoulder mounts.
