Discover the magic of flight
Always wondered what it feels like to fly?
Our studio prides itself on providing a safe and nurturing space for beginners. Our expert instructors understand that everyone starts somewhere, and they're here to guide you step-by-step through your first experiences with aerial arts.
-
In our “New Starters” classes, you'll learn the foundational techniques, grips, and basic movements needed to progress in your pole/aerial journey. These sessions are tailored specifically for beginners, focusing on building strength, increasing flexibility, and fostering confidence in the air.
-
For pole: Form-fitting athletic clothing is fine for your first session but you will greatly benefit from wearing shorts long-term as it will allow you to use your leg skin to grip onto the pole.
For aerial hoop: Opt for long, snug, form-fitting attire that allows for freedom of movement without excess fabric getting in the way. Leggings paired with a close-fitting top is ideal.
For both: Please do not wear jewellery or any items of clothing with zips or sharp objects. Please avoid body moisturisers/oils 24 hours before class.
-
A bottle of water, a sweat towel, something safe to put your jewellery in, and a camera to take photos with!
“The atmosphere is so welcoming and inclusive. It’s not intimidating—everyone is supportive, they listen to us as students, and they’re always giving us opportunities to try new things, workshops, and ways to get involved”
